Across Nouvelle-Aquitaine, a technician from the workshop brings your PC. They leave once everything works and you know how to use it.
What the technician does
- Sets up the PC where you want it, connects screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers
- Configures Wi-Fi or wired network, printer and peripherals
- Creates or connects your accounts (Microsoft, email, Steam…)
- Transfers your files from your old PC (optional)
- Checks updates and security
- Walks you through the essentials and answers your questions
- Takes away the packaging, and your old PC if you wish

Delivery and setup at your home
Our technicians deliver and set up your PC across Nouvelle-Aquitaine: within days in Charente and Dordogne, on our regular rounds in Charente-Maritime, Gironde, Deux-Sèvres, Vienne and the other departments. Elsewhere in France, we ship by courier.
